Boise revisit

Since we had a long weekend (and hotels were all booked in Pendleton because of a rodeo) we decided to head back to Boise. Mostly we went for the food. We had pho, Basque sandwiches, brunch at a distillery, and Thai. Yet again the waitresses in the Thai restaurant couldn't resist me, they kept playing with me and carrying mearound the restaurant.

 

 

We also picked up Mom's new ring. It has a star sapphire because that's my birthstone. Mom and Dad ordered the ring when we were in Boise before and got a call saying the ring was ready. But we couldn't call back to tell them that we would be there Saturday because the shop name and number got smugged on the receipt. We got to Boise just after 3 and went straight to the jewelry store but it was closed. BUT there was a guy standing in front of the store that we recognized from before. So Mom and Dad started talking to him, turns out he had closed the store for the day but had locked his keys inside so someone else was coming back to let him back in. Lucky for us, huh?
